Director - Operations
One of InfocentriK’s founding Directors, Chris has nearly 20 years’ experience in scoping, implementing, configuring and supporting Electronic Document and Records Management Solutions (EDRMS), largely in the central and local government sector. His role involves software installation, database analysis, desktop troubleshooting work as well as mentoring Helpdesk staff and carrying out commercial business activities. Chris has great enthusiasm for working with technical solutions that provide real business outcomes and has enjoyed success in managing EDRMS projects from scoping through to deployment.
Director - Consulting
One of the founding Directors of InfocentriK, Peter has over 18 years’ experience implementing EDRMS solutions to central and local government clients in New Zealand, the Pacific and Europe. He is involved with all stages of implementation projects from business cases and tenders to the configuration of the solution and account management support. Peter has an open and honest approach, and aims to transition users through the change process to ensure that systems have a high level of uptake.
Director - Marketing
Shan joined the business in 2016 as a Director, bringing with him a solid 20 years experience in Information Management, Business Management, Engineering and SAP Implementations. He adds NZ corporate knowledge to the InfocentriK mix having been a IT Manager and Lead Consultant (Structured Data - SAP) in number of large corporates (New Zealand and Australia). Shan has a keen interest in Big Data (Unstructured and Structured) and is excited about the untapped opportunities, available ahead, for New Zealand Businesses in the Unstructured Data (ECM/EDRMS) domain.
Helen has over 15 years of Information Management experience from traditional recordkeeping to ECM implementations on a variety of platforms across a range of clients in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Her role at InfocentriK sees her undertake a wide variety of Information Management tasks from information governance and architecture to retention and disposal. Through strong engagement and facilitation skills, Helen ensures that projects deliver solutions that add value to users and meet their business needs.
Information Management Consultant
Karishma has over 6 years of Information Management & Business Analysis experience. Her primary focus is to deliver EDRMS Consultancy and related services to our clients. She will be working together with our clients to understand the business requirements, provide advice, recommendations and mapping of the solution. She is involved in delivering and managing software implementation and configurations projects, providing training and support to our clients.
Leo Zhiwei Lao
Leo has over nine years’ IT hardware & software experience, including website experience. At InfocentriK, he has been responsible for the redesign and build of our website and supporting clients via the helpdesk and upgrades. Leo is contentious and meticulous in his attitude to work to ensure client satisfaction.
Arun has over two years’ experience in IT Support and Software implementation. He has quickly expanded his knowledge of our solutions and services to provide support and solutions to InfocentriK clients. Arun has excellent analytical and communication skills and enjoys facilitating problem resolution to the client’s satisfaction.
Aarthy has nearly 7 years of experience in IT Software implementation experience in delivering high quality systems for Government Business and Retail clients on various platforms across clients in New Zealand and USA.She has 2 years of EDRMS experience in Government Council. At InfocentriK,she will be delivering EDRMS and related services and any other business new initiatives to our clients, software implementation and configuration, providing training, support to our clients and resolving helpdesk calls.
Raman has 5 years experience in IT Infrastructure. She is responsible for the installation and deployment of software solutions on both servers and desktop, as well as responding to Helpdesk calls. At Infocentrik she is responsible to deliver EDRMS and related services to our clients. Her role involves software installation, Implementation and configuration etc. Raman has excellent customer service and strong technical skills to resolve issues and meet clients requirements.
Jocelyn is the glue that holds the InfocentriK team together. In addition to managing the office, she looks after the accounts, organises travel and events and keeps the wheels turning. Jocelyn’s pleasant and cheery outlook ensure that all tasks are completed with a smile.
