InforM 2024

This year is our 12th anniversary of the conference and the dates will be

Tuesday 26 March and Wednesday 27 March 2024


The conference will be held at the Mövenpick Wellington Hotel, 345 The Terrace in Wellington          (New Zealand).  We have secured a couple of rooms for the presentations as well as a vendor setup.


For those of you who have never been to one of our conferences, a little introduction.  InforM is an Information Management conference, historically known as the User Forum for everyone who uses the EDRMS TRIM/Records Manager or Content Manager or any of its related and associated solutions like EzeScan, inMailX, infoCouncil, Secured Signing, etc, and any add-ons by OpenText partners like iCognition and FYB.  However, we believe that a wider audience will benefit from sharing their experiences, learning about Information Management, Use Cases that you all may have, etc. that we are opening up this event to anyone who has an interest in Information Management. However, we do believe it offers great value to anyone who is using these solutions or is orientating themselves to see and learn what may be available and possible.


Artificial Intelligence is one of the “hot” topics in Information Management as well and we will showcase some solutions that have embraced AI into their products.  We will also take the opportunity to collaborate with you on Artificial Intelligence in Information Management, Recordkeeping, and Data Analysis to try and understand how you feel about this technology and what you expect from it.  We have two days fully loaded with interesting topics and presentations, ample time for you to mingle and meet peers as well as the sponsors showcasing their solutions and services.  InforM is fairly informal with an emphasis on sharing and getting to know each other.  During the 2 days we have several breaks, and lunches and at the end of the 1st day we invite you to our well-known (if you have attended before) dinner where we can get to know each other better, enjoy a good meal and a nice glass of wine.


Attached is the invitation pack (which also includes the registration form) as well as the draft agenda.  Please note that we are still finalising the agenda (order and time) and we are also open to suggestions, if you have something that you believe should be addressed please let us know and we will see what we can accommodate.  We have included indicative start and end-times but have left the exact time of each presentation open for now.  The final agenda will be issued within the next three weeks.


We have found several sponsors again to assist us with the conference and they will come to New Zealand to present their solutions to you.  We also seek two customer case studies that will be presented at the conference and we have, as always, loads of information for you but also, we want to give you some joy and fun whilst attending.  As always, it will be a two-day event with a nice and relaxing evening out on the first day.  Those of you who have attended before know what this may entail and if you haven’t attended before feel free to ask one of your colleagues or simply let us surprise you.


We always aim to keep the conference cost as low as possible

(which includes 2-day conference attendance, all meals and drinks during the conference, and our “famous” conference dinner)
